As some of you may know the park has put their Music express up for sale. the ride needs over $300,000 in work and LC is not willing to put the money into it. The park was unable to get a new ride so they will be bringing in a ride form kennywood. The park has also put up their kiddie arctic express for sale.

new at LC next year are 2 used rides. A kiddie Swing ship purchased from wild West World will be added in place of the arctic express. this is a good move because it will eave room for 1-2 more kiddie land rides. A Chance Wipeout will be brought in from Kennywood.

When I visited the park I spent a while talking to the parks GM Jerry Brick. We talked about the water park plans, next year, and some of the ride he had wanted for next year but was unable to get. We also talked about operating expenses and general in park operations.

I have spent alot of time speaking with Jerry as well. He is very open about the park and not secretive. Last year he allowed me to shot POVs on the park's two wooden coasters on the last day of the season before the park opened.

He is indeed very open. A pleasant change over the secretive operation styles of some of the other parks in the area.
